Terms of service

WebSinLimites offers:

• Website design and development (one-time payment)
• Managed web hosting (monthly subscription, 12-month minimum)
• Add-ons activatable from the dashboard, with additional monthly fee
• Custom services on accepted quote (branding, copy, presentations)
• Domain registration and management

The customer selects a website plan (one-time payment) and, in a second step, takes out hosting (monthly subscription). Published prices exclude VAT. Order confirmation is sent by email upon completing payment via Stripe.

Under Spanish Consumer Act RDL 1/2007, the customer has 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw, unless performance has begun with their express consent before that period expires, in which case the right of withdrawal is lost for the portion already performed. To exercise it, contact [email protected].

• The hosting contract has a minimum term of 12 months (or 24 if that option is selected). After the minimum period, it may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
• The guaranteed SLA is 99.95% monthly uptime. Compensation for breach is applied as agreed in the dashboard.
• Server resources (vCPU/RAM) are dynamically allocated up to the contracted plan ceiling. See the asterisk in the pricing section.

Once the website price is paid, the customer owns the code and content of their site. WebSinLimites retains rights over its tools, templates and internal systems. The customer may export their website at any time.

WebSinLimites is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data loss arising from use of the service, except in cases of fraud or gross negligence. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months.

WebSinLimites may modify these terms with 30 days' prior notice to active customers by email. Continued use of the service after that period implies acceptance.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Sagunto (Valencia), unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
